Very special culinary delights
With half board (reservation needed) or as an external guest in Zermatt we offer a diverse weekly program of special culinary delights. In addition to our daily four course menu you can choose from the following highlights:
Sunday: Swiss evening
Enjoy Swiss classics, cheese fondue, raclette and a large cheese buffet with traditional jacket potatoes for the main course.
Wednesday: 7-course gala dinner with dessert buffet
For all gourmets and lovers of delicious sweet pastries.
Thursday: All-you-can-eat fondue
Enjoy tasty fondue chinoise (hot pot fondue) with meat or fish and top it off with a luscious chocolate fondue for dessert.
Friday: Beau Site Barbecue
Legendary: A great selection of fish, seafood and meats to choose from as long as you wish.
Due to its popularity the Barbecue evening will be offered on Tuesday as well during the winter season!
