Very special culinary delights
With half board (reservation needed) or as an external guest in Zermatt we offer a diverse weekly program of special culinary delights. In addition to our daily five course menu you can choose from the following highlights:
Sunday: Belle Epoque
Discover authentic culinary art of the Grand Hotels during the "Belle Epoque".
The highlight of the culinary experience is the starter buffet "À L'Escoffier" and the "Grosse Pièce", which will be carved in front of you.
Monday: All-you-can-eat fondue
Enjoy tasty fondue chinoise (hot pot fondue) with meat or fish and top it off with a luscious chocolate fondue for dessert.
Tuesday: Ball evening
Meet your hosts, enjoy the "Hors d'oeuvre froid" already in the coy lobby accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine or a glass of regional specialties.
After the cold starter we go on in the restaurant with 5 further courses. And perhaps you finish the evening with a waltz dance or a song of your choice?

Wednesday: Valais evening
Enjoy regional classics, cheese fondue or raclette with traditional jacket potatoes for the main course.
Thursday: 5-course dinner with dessert buffet
For all gourmets and lovers of delicious sweet pastries.
Friday: Beau Site Barbecue
Legendary: A great selection of fish, seafood and meats to choose from as long as you wish.
Due to its popularity the Barbecue evening will be offered on Saturday as well during the winter season!
